Ordering & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and secure local payment options. You can also choose Buy Now, Pay Later with Tabby or Tamara, and split your payment into 4 easy, interest-free installments, completely Shariah compliant!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at botaniq.business.co@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship across the UAE?
Yes! We deliver anywhere within the UAE.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a small flat fee will apply (visible at checkout).

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used beauty products are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I request a return or refund?
Just email us at botaniq.business.co@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Products & Ingredients

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all products sold on Botaniq are 100% cruelty-free. We never support animal testing.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Look for product tags like “Sensitive Skin Safe” or contact us for a personalized recommendation.

Q: Are your products halal/vegan?
We ONLY offer halal options. However, not all are vegan. Check the product page or filter by tag when browsing.

Tabby & Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Q: How does Tabby or Tamara work?
With Tabby and Tamara, you can split your payment into 4 interest-free installments. Just select Tabby or Tamara at checkout and follow the quick steps.

Q: Is there any extra cost or interest?
Nope! It's completely interest-free, with no hidden fees as long as you pay on time.
