SHIPPING POLICY

🌍 Where We Ship:
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

📅 Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

🚚 Delivery Time:
Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location in the UAE.

💳 Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping on all UAE orders over AED 150

  • For orders below AED 150, a flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies

📦 Delivery Partner:
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

📅 Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

💰 Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

🔁 Exchanges:
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your product and placing a new order.

💡 Tips

  • Always inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
